IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No! We are happy to help no matter the event size. Only need a table? No problem!
HOW DO I HIRE A PARTY?
Sometimes picking a party is not a one size fits all so to book please use the "Contact" tab and let us know your event date, venue and any items or packages you wish to order. We will respond by letting you know if those items are available on your date and send through a booking form. A non refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking with the remainder due 1 week before your event date. A bond will be required on pick up and will be returned to you upon inspection of the hired items.
How Long is the hire for?
Our parties are weekend hire unless otherwise specified. You can pick up on Friday and return on Sunday for a Saturday party or pick up up Saturday and return Monday for Sunday parties
WHAT IS YOUR Cancellation POLICY?
Unfortunately, because the props were taken out of inventory and secured for your event, we cannot refund 50% deposits based on cancellations.
Deposits are non-refundable, transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note.
How do I pay?
We accept internet banking - however bonds need to paid in cash so it can be returned to you when the items are returned in the order they were first hired in . Afterpay and credit card will be available soon!
can we use CANDLES?
Please do not use candles on our linen. Burn marks or holes will require a full replacement.
Can we use ghost chairs anywhere?
No. Ghost chairs scratch easily. Please do not use ghost chairs on gravel or concrete. Hall floors, grass, vinyl, carpet and decking is acceptable.
Are delivery & collection included in the hire fee?
No. Delivery & Collection fees are additional charges based off the amount of items hired, location, accessibility and hours of collection time. To request a full quote please fill out an enquiry on the contact page. After hours delivery & collection will incur an additional fee (after 630pm)

Late Fees
Please let us know if your drop off will be late - Any items returned more than a day late will incur a late fee.
SHIPPING
Shipping for our shop items is a flat rate of $7.50 within NZ. Free shipping is on orders over $150 and will be applied at the checkout. We do not offer international shipping.
